CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR GENERAL UTILITY PURPOSES ON A PORTION OF

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by an ordinance recorded in Book 323 , Page 60, of the
Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a general utility easement
way retained b
r y 'he City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to
r,. excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair
structures, location and relocation of all sanitary sewer, surface
water sewer or public utility facilities now existing or hereafter
. to be constructed within said right-of-way in, under and through
the lots, tracts or parcels of land described. in Section 1
Section 1. The Council finds that the following described
easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed
