MISSOURI , FOR 1991.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS Y.

Section I. Pursuant to Chapter 115 RSMo. , Municipal Electionst..e
are hereby established as follows: r
(a) A Primary Election shall be held Tuesday, February 5,
{ `+' 1991, if needed. "}
(b) A General Election shall be held Tuesday, April 2 , 1991. '
(c) The City Clerk shall notify the County Election Authority,

of the candidates for office and election dates. { �
(d) The Mayor, City Prosecutor and Municipal Judge shall be
KL; elected from the City at large at the General Election on 7
Tuesday, April 2, 1991. One member of the City Council
from each ward shall be elected at the General Election
on Tuesday, April 2, 1991.
Section 2. Declarations of candidacy for party candidates and `

petitions for the nomination of independent candidates must be r
filed with the City Clerk between 8: 00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6,
1990 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4 , 1990.
