+ APPROVING THE PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES - SECTION SIX, A SUBDIVISION s>,
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. .
r WHEREAS Elmer F. and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners of the real
+, estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
t~ A, County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows; '

per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 256, Cole County
Recorder's Office, being a subdivision of a part of the xfi.
southwest quarter of Fractional Section 3, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:

From the southwest corner of said Fractional Section
3; thence N 030 57 ' 10" W, along the section line,
1290. 01 feet to the northwest corner of Williamsburg Way
k. Condominium Plat - 1, as per plat of record in Plat Book
�4 11, Page 304, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the
1^ point of beginning for this description; thence
s continuing N 030 57' 10" W, along the section line, i

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Monticello Acres - Section Six, that all
F taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the .
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
