ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SUBSECTION D (FORTY
MILES PER HOUR) OF SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS) OF SECTION 19-401 BY
ADDING A PORTION OF SEVEN HILLS ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by amending Subsection d, (forty miles per hour) of
Schedule A, (Speed Limits) of Section 19-401 by adding the
following:
Seven Hills Road: from Bald Hill Road to Green Berry Road.

Section 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
