JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Sunset Acres Subdivision lying, being ,' rK
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown b the said plat attached hereto and made a part

of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City art

SECTION 2 . The Mayo; and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify
the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
