AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN CAPITAL ASSISTANCE GRANT WITH
THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FOR THE
PURCHASE OF THREE 17 PASSENGER WHEELCHAIR LIFT-EQUIPPED MINI BUSES
AND SIX BUS STOP BENCHES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a capital assistance grant with the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Commission for funds in the amount of $92,250. 00 to
apply toward the purchase of three 17 passenger wheelchair lift—
equipped mini buses and 6 bus stop benches.

Section 2 . A copy of said grant agreement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
• R Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
