Building Steps: Material/Process Description: 1) Footings: Install (3) diamond piers to support carrier beam. 2) Framing: Install 6x6 pressure treated posts to support (1) carrier beam for deck. Install 2x12x16 2 ply beam to support main deck with all necessary hardware to code. Frame off new deck using 2x10x12'-16' joists to create 16x12 deck. Install 4x4 posts for railing and staircase.
