SPECIAL MEETING
PRESENT: Marilyn Fortin, Mary Verbick, Jeff Pederson, Steve Jacobson. Also Present
Administrative Assistant Janet Olson, and Council Representative Elizabeth Weir
1. CALL TO ORDER: Vice Chair Mary Verbick called the meeting to order at
5:00 PM.
2. Project Review Training: Leonard Leuer conducted a project review training
using the old Dairy Queen Site (1400 County Road 29) in order to train Planning
Commissioners on land use application. After touring the site all returned to City Hall
for Dinner. During dinner City Administrator Chad Adams provided an overview of the
Planning Commission Manual.
3. Meeting Recessed until 7:00PM for the regular Planning Commission
Meeting.
