Attending: Hormaechea Engen Drips Williamson Jackson The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. New Business Golf Professional/Request for Proposals Selection Committee The selection committee will include Hormaechea, Engen, McCarty, Whiteman and Councilman Larson. The alternate will be Williamson. Bud Schmidt will also attend the meeting. Fee Structure Review The committee asked Jackson to total the number of greens fees and season passes in each of the following categories: 1. Number of season passes sold; 2. Number of season pass plays on weekends and weekdays; 3. Number of weekday green fees; 4. Number of weekend and holiday green fees. Reasons for Fee Increases The committee listed several reasons for a possible increase in fees for the next season. 1. Recover budget deficit stemming from: a. Additional administrative costs; (The $800,000 budgeted to complete the clubhouse is part of that percentage. The committee still questions this.) b. Master water plan; c. Depreciation and resulting contingency account. New Clubhouse Operating Expenses Hormaechea volunteered to investigate power costs related to new clubhouse and driving range pump. He will consult with Idaho Power. Medley Land Trade The committee agreed the triangular configuration proposed does not suit additional parking for cars. The committee will answer the question as to what shape the lot has to be in to be usable. O. B. Stakes The committee recommends stakes be placed along the east side of the pond on No. 2 to define course boundary. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M. Engen will contact committee members to set date for the next meeting. Dave Engen Chairman
