AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF "MALL RIDGE” ADDITION - SECTION 7, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Mary Julia Smith and Marjorie L. Dix, owners of the

real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
