AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING. ARTICLE V,
TAXICABS, OF CHAPTER 34, TRANSPORTATION, AS IT PERTAINS TO RATES y
AND CHARGES. '
• BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS }V tY }

FOLLOWS:
section 1. Chapter 34, Article V, Taxicabs, Division 3 , Rates
and Charges, shall be amended as follows: ,
Sec. 34-98. Established: r *
It shall. be unlawful for any person engaged in the operation a Vie.

necessity within the limits of the city, to charge a rate of either ° =t:
