OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY ADDING SECTION 22-93 TO x
PERMIT USE OF VALIDATING MACHINES TO VALIDATE PARKING GARAGE
TICKETS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PARK IN THE MUNICIPAL PARKING GARAGE AND
TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR THE USE OF THE VALIDATING MACHINE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 22, Parking, Stopping and Standing, of the
,... : Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby by the addition
i 4 of Section 22-93 which shall read as follows: xs
Sec. 22-93. Parking Validators.
Businesses may apply for parking val idators, which may be �•�•,'�.<-,
issued based upon prior approval of the director of transportation,
when the business agrees to pay a $50. 00 deposit on the validating tb.

The business must assign any interest income earned on the
$50. 00 deposit to the City of Jefferson.

The business is responsible for paying the parking fees owed :
to the City on a monthly basis, and shall be charged a minimum
monthly fee of $10.00.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
