AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE 11430, AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN TO CLEAR
TITLE TO HOUGH PARK, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 11430, passed and approved by the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, on July 2, 1990, authorizing the use of
eminent domain to clear title to Hough Park, is hereby repealed.
S @ction 2 . The City Counselor is hereby directed and
authorized to seek dismissal of any and all lawsuits filed in
connection with Ordinance 11430.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
