ORDINANCE NO. 11553
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF ALLAN OFFICE COMPLEX, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, James E. Allan and Terry L. Allan, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described, having submitted -to the City Council
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the southeast quarter of Section 13 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the southeast
quarter of said Section 13 ; thence N 840 081 2411 E, along
the Quarter Section Line, 1327 .90 feet to the westerly
line of tract described by deed of record in Book 166,
Page 61, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S 32 0 1

0511 E, along the westerly line of said tract, 112 .15 feet
hh to a point on the northerly line of Southridge Drive
(formerly Missouri State Route C) ; thence S 530 261 0911
W, along the northerly line of Southridge Drive, 1162 .60
feet; thence N 490 541 5511 Wf 540.74 feet to a point on
the west line of the southeast quarter of said Section
13; thence N 060 191 0411 W, along the quarter section
line, 305.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing
13 . 38 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Allan Office Complex, ' that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The plat of Allan Office Complex lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part
of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
x. Section 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify
the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
