AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY IN GORDON FOREST
+ ESTATES FROM RA-2, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO RS-2, SINGLE ;
FAMILY DWELLING.
' WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE
ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN ;
COMPLIED WITH.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFr�
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: t <

t SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RA-2, Multi-
Family Residential, to RS-2, Single Family Dwelling: � .
All that part of Gordon Forest Estates as per Plat Book 11, Page r,
493, Cole County Recorder's Office, which is currently zoned RA-2,
Multi-Family Residential, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of "Gordon Forest f
Condominiums, Amended Plat" as per Plat Book 11, Page 278, said
point being on the north line of Lot 2 of"Gordon Forest Condominiums"
as per Plat Book 11, Page 190; thence N' 89° 26' 00" E, along the
northerly line of the tract last mentioned, 613.64 feet to the
northeasterly corner thereof; thence leaving said tract S 16° 00' 00" E, j
285.00 feet; thence S 09° 30' 00" E, 260.00 feet; thence S 05° 00' E, 53.5
feet to the RS-1 zoning district boundary line; thence westerly along said
zoning district boundary line to the west line of Lot 28 of said Gordon
t Forest Estates; thence N 27' 36' 45" W, 76.5 feet to the southeasterly
