AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,ADDING SECTION
7-3 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO
AD HOC COMMITTEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS: `
Section 1. Chapter 7, Article I, Boards and Commissions, of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by adding Section 7-3 to read as
follows:
j Sec. 7-3. Ad Hoc Committees. 1 '
From time to time, it maybe necessary for the Mayor to appoint with Council

approval Ad Hoc Committees for various purposes. Ad Hoc committees

appointed and approved shall be for indefinite period, but shall terminate at
the time the City Council adjourns sine die. Membership on Ad Hoc
committees shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 7-1 related to term
" limitations.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
date of passage and approval.
