'tl BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, " AS FOLLOWS: "X Section 1. The City Counselor is hereby authorized to execute the attached ? stipulation and agreement, labeled attachment "A", to settle the pending eminent ' domain action against Robo of Jefferson City, Inc. The City Counselor is further authorized to execute an and all appropriate documents to effectuate the stipulation Y P ; and conclude the litigation. 4} Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents to carry out the terms of the stipulation and agreement. Section 3.
