AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 1.268 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF IDLEWOOD ROAD AND ROUTE C FROM RS-2,
