AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,MAINTAINING THE
LEVY OF A GROSS RECEIPTS UTILITY TAX FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ' •

WHEREAS, The Code of the City of Jefferson,
shall pass an Ordinance every year establishing the Gross Receipts Utility Tax rate.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Ordinance 11485 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. The gross receipts tax on utilities existing at the following rates
shall continue in full force and effect:

7.00% telephone & telecommunication

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after •,
