ORDINANCE NO. 11622
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH J.C.
INDUSTRIES, INC., FOR 1991 CURB AND GUTTER PROJECT, PHASE I.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an agreement with J.C. Industries, Inc., for 1991 Curb and Gutter Project,
Phase I. The amount expended for the contract shall not exceed $83,500.40 and the
initial amount of the contract shall be $67,123.00.
Section 2. The City Administrator and Director of Public Works shall be jointly
authorized to approve change orders to the contract provided the total contract
amount does not exceed $83,500.40, nor change the general scope of the project.
+ m Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content

as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
