WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE
ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN
COMPLIED WITH. ��
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
