This contract shall be in effect from November 3, 1992, through November 2, 1993. 4. Response Time. Repair service is to be provided on the same day the call is received for work taken to Contractor's shop. Prevailing Wage Law. To the extent that the work performed by Contractor is subject to prevailing wage law, the Contractor and all subcontractors shall pay not less than the prevailing wage hourly rate for each craft or type of workman required to execute this contract as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of Missouri, pursuant to Sections 290.210 through 290.340 inclusive, RSMo. 6. Rates. Service will be provided at the following rates: 4 In house - $33.00/hour In field - $42.50/hour 6 L5 7. Parts and Materials. Contractor shall provide materials and supplies to complete the work unless City elects to so provide. In the event the Contractor provides the materials or supplies, the Contractor will be reimbursed for his costs for ,F which he shall provide invoices. The Contractor shall be allowed to utilize the ,t following percentage markups on material Contractor provides: ��l• Hot roll steel - $.50 per pound ' Cold roll material - $.95 per pound {= ` All other material - 25% per pound 7 �i . 8. Normal Work Hours. The quantity of work during normal work hours for which payment will be made will be the number of work man hours actually performed at the site. Payment for normal work hours will be paid for the quantity as above determined at d the unit price shown above, with price includes cost of labor, equipment normally associated with the type of repair, travel,benefits, overhead, profit,insurance and all else necessary therefor and incidental thereto. 9. Payment. Payment shall be made to Contractor by City upon submission of an itemized statement following completion of the project. 10. Indemnity. This contract shall be subject to cancellation by the City at any time following forty-five (45) days notice. 14. Notices. All notices, consents, authorizations, requests and statements hereunder shall be deemed to have been properly given if delivered by and or mailed by first class United States mail, postage prepaid, if to the City at 320 E. McCarty, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101, and if to the Contractor to 912 St Mary's Blvd., Jefferson City, Missouri 65109. Normal Work Hours. The quantity of work during normal work hours for which payment will be made will be the number of work man hours actually performed at the site. Payment for normal work hours will be paid for the quantity as above determined at ' the unit price shown above, with price includes cost of labor, equipment normally y, associated with the t p , profit,insurance and all type of repair, travel benefits overhead else necessary therefor and incidental thereto. 9.
