The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
New Business
Golf Pro Resume Selection
Engen submitted a petition delivered by Attorney Bill Killen.
The petition was signed by those in favor of hiring current
assistant pro Carl Hoss.
After reviewing resumes during the week prior to this
meeting, committee members selected their top %wo candidates.
Bud Schmidt was directed to contact Carl Hoss and Robert
Lantz for interviews on November 13 starting at 7:00 P.M.
Schmidt suggested interviewing candidates off list of
questions submitted by each committee member.
Engen motioned committee members submit questions to Schmidt
for summarization to be presented to candidates during
interviews on November 13. Whiteman seconded, all were in
favor. The motion passed unanimously.
Clubhouse Winter Use
The committee discussed several areas of concern. Some of
those were fees and deposits, policies and security.
Following a brief discussion, the committee suggested a
suitable fee of $250.00 per day plus a $250.00 deposit.
These prices will be in effect until th? clubhouse opens for
play next spring. Jackson will supervise the inspection of
the building following each engagement.
Next meeting will be November 13, 1990 at 7:00 P.M.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
