AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING
' CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF
SAID PROPERTY.

AS FOLLOWS:
Section ion 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain
property in the custody of the Finance Department described as follows:

Microdata Reality System, Series 4000 (1 ea),
Microdata Line Printer, Model P300 Printonix (1 ea),
Microdata Displays (4 ea),
Zenith 20 Megabyte Hard Drives (3 each)
11BM PC 266 Memory (1 ea)
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for storage and
r maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to advertise for bid
the item described in Section 1 for sale, and to sell the property to the highest bidder.
`4 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
