1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:00 AM via
Zoom and in person in Room A of town hall
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
3. Old School House project— awaiting response from town counsel on
several issues raised on the agreement
4. Funding for next group of Form B's-meeting of CPC on 8/9 for
approval of administrative funding of $9900
5. CPC will consider funding of a proposal from Harwich Cemetery
Commission for a Revolutionary War memorial

6. The Demolition Delay law memo was presented to the Brewster
Planning Board and the town administrator Peter Lombbrdi for
comment-general agreement from these regarding our conclusions
7. Faythe will distribute copies of the recently completed batch of
form-Bs
8. There was no update on the Brewster historical House awards
9. The next meeting was schedules for August29. 2023 at 10 AM via
Zoom and live.
10. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
10:30AM
