F-301.2.2 PERIODS AND TIME ALLOWED, AS IT PERTAINS TO HOURS FOR 'r

` BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS: s
Section 1. Ordinance 11610 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby p'
amended by amending Section 2, F-301.2.2 Periods and time allowed, (4) as follows: r;

Y Periods and time allowed: Open burning of leaves and brush from r
vegetation grown on a property is permitted during the following calendar
periods and time-of-day:
1. The third Saturday in October through the third Saturday in
April, inclusive.
3. A seven (7) day period within four weeks of a weather related
event which causes an unusually large amount of natural
vegetation debris to accumulate as determined by the Fire Chief
of the City.
4 4. The burning shall take place only between sun up and sun down.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
