AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

LANDING SYSTEM.

z' BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for the transfer of owenrship of
the Glide Slope (GS)and Middle Marker(MM)of the Jefferson City Memorial Airport `.
s Instrument Landing System to the Federal Aviation Administration,
Section 2.. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
