AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 1121 SOUTHWEST
BOULEVARD FROM RS-2, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING TO RA-2, MULTI-
FAMILY DWELLING.

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE

ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN
COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF v,
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Le-ctiOn 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2, Single
Family Dwelling, to RA-2, Multi-Family Dwelling:
A .967 acre tract of land at 1121 Southwest Boulevard. The legal
description of this property is:
Part of Lot No. 11 of Swift and Thompson Subdivision of the
northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, according to
the Plat of record in Plat Book 1, Page 9, of the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Southwest Boulevard
being N 8" 45' W, 430 feet from the south line of said Lot 11; thence N
80 45' W, 90 feet; thence N 810 57' E, 234-07 feet; thence S 80 30' E, 90
feet; thence S 810 57' W, 233-66 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .484 acre, more or less. This lot being Tract E of an
unrecorded survey of said lot.
