AMENDMENT TO LEASE AG1ttEEMENT

the Housing Authority, a corporation as Lessor, and the City of Jefferson, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as Lessee, witnesseth:
Whereas, the Housing Authority and the City of Jefferson entered into a lease
agreement dated February 5, 1988; and
Whereas, it has now become necessary to amend that agreement.
Now, therefore, be it agreed to as follows:
Lessor leases to lessee a strip of land described as follows to be occupied b ;.
lessee as a parking lot only, commencing as of the date hereof and ending one year
thereafter unless earlier terminated by either party, with ninety (90) days written
notice. If not terminated prior to the one-year term hereof, this lease to be continued
on an at-will basis subject to termination by either party on giving written notice
thereof.
The above described area in part of Inlots 5"73, 574, 577, 578, 579, and 580 in
the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as
Prices Subdivision lots 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35
36, 37 and 38, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 54, Cole County Recorder's Office,
containing approximately 133 parking spaces;
and;
An area in part of Inlots 696 and 697, beginning at the Northwest corner of
Inlot 696, thence east along the north line of Inlot 696 and 697, approximately
174.38 feet to the Northeast corner of Inlot 697, thence, south along the east
line of Inlot 697, 198.76 feet to the north right-of-way lone of the Rex M.
Whitton Expressway, thence west along said north right-of-way line to the
west line of Inlot 696, thence north along said line to the beginning of this
description; such area containing approximately 47 parking spaces.
Lessee shall pay rent for said premises during the continuance of this lease at the
rate of seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) per parking space sold or one-half the rental
space charged by the City, whichever is greater.
All other sections of the Agreement dated February 5, 1988, shall remain in effect as
stated.
