I am totally against reinstating the mask mandate.
Our compliments to Lance Armstrong, store director of Albertsons. We now get two or three nights a week of sleep without loud intermittent noise levels that exceed 95DB. Backup alarms,
diesels running, wooden pallets tossed to the concrete, trucks rear ending the loading dock etc. All between 3AM and 5:30AM. At age seventy and after a recent heart attack. Man its
nice to get a little rest at least part of the week. As McCall grows economically and culturally, mitigation and remediation of current intermittent noise polluters particularly
impulse noise pollution must cease. Studies clearly show noise upsets the cardiovascular system and affects circadian rhythm. Additionally, productivity declines. For instance, in
my case I can not generate the energy needed to keep a part time job working on the Idaho and maintain a quality of life. . Thanks Everyone for listening.
Council Members,
I must apologize for my comment on the budget at the 8/12 Council meeting. I incorrectly translated the newspaper figure of 356 dollars / per 100k of assessment as the increase and not
the total levy. I feel like an idiot and hope that you will accept my apology.
I do, however, stand by the other points that I made in that message. Please take them to heart.

The McCall Golf Advisory Committee is having a meet and greet on September 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the McCall Municipal Golf Course at the Tent between the Clubhouse and Driving Range.
I would encourage our Mayor and all Council members please attend this public meeting. As you know, the McCall Golf Course is a representation of many different groups with a great
deal of varied interests. Therefore, these groups include The Golf Advisory Committee, The McCall Men's Golf Assoc. The McCall Women's Golf Club, McCall City Employees, A PGA Professional
Golfer and Tournament Director, Restaurant Operator, Golfers and Home Owners, Season Pass Owners and Golf Cart Owners. It is important that The City Council and City Manager attend
this meeting so that they make wise decisions moving forward with respect to our Public Municipal Golf Course.
