CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE SURPI.,US AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL

OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ,{ '
•A�• Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain y
i" property in the custody of the Legal Department described as follows:

Certificate of Greyhound Stock - 31 shares '
Certificate of Preferred Stock - Sig Holdings, Inc., - 2 0,841 shares
Non-Detachable Warrant - Sig Holdings, Inc., - 41,682 shares
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost and is no longer
needed for any public purpose.

Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to sell the items ,
described in Section 1 and to sell the property on the best terms it can obtain. A
standard commission may also be paid on the transaction.
Section 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
£; date of its passage and approval.
