AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ,t
CHAPTER 35 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, THE ZONING
} ORDINANCE, AS IT PERTAINS TO THE M-3, PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
' DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,

MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 35-73 (a) (2) (Permissive Uses, M-3 Planned Industrial
yes;; District) shall be deleted in its entirety and a new Section 35-73 (a) (2) shall be
7 enacted in lieu thereof. This section shall read as follows:
(2) Permissive Uses - Land and buildings in the M-3 Planned
:. Industrial District may be used for any permissive use or conditional
use in the M-1 and M-2 Districts. However, the Commission may
further limit uses permitted as a part of the Preliminary Plan Review
and Decision.
a: SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
