}' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 900 HIBERNIA DRIVE
a FROM RU, RURAL, TO C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE �}
ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN 1.
COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON F„
, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
u Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RU, Rural, to
C-2 General Commercial:
The easterly 3.59 acres of an 8.19 acre tract located at 900 Hibernia
Drive (Old U.S. 54).
.° Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 16,
Township 44 North, Range 11 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, and
being located in Jefferson City, Callaway County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the east line of said Section 16, at a point 346.50 feet
south of the northeast corner thereof; thence continue along and with
the east line of said Section 16, southerly a distance of 654.0 feet to a
r` property corner; thence along the property line, S 85° 20' 35" W, to a
y!'S point 250.0 feet east of the east line of Hibernia Road (Old U.S. 54);
' thence northeasterly along a line parallel and 230.0 feet east of the east
line of Hibernia Road to the north property line; thence N 85° 16' 11"
E 150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
