ORDINANCE NO. 11709
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AUTHO RIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR THE MASTER SITE LEASE BETWEEN
THE CITY AND THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
'F BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute written contract supplement No. 4 to amend the Master Site Lease,
Contract No. DTFA09-85-L-10177 between the C ity of Jefferson, Missouri and
the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.
Section 2. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and af ter
the date of its passage and approval.
