A strip of land 15 feet wide across part of Lot R of a replat of Lot Nos. 114 to r
120, inclusive, and Lot Nos. 134 to 148, inclusive, of Westwood Subdivision,
f; Part 3, and part of Lot No. 1 of Swift and Thompson Subdivision, in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 8, Page 125, Cole County
Recorder's Office, the centerline of said 15 foot strip being more particularly

southerly line of said Lot R, 47.5 feet to the point of beginning for the
centerline of this 15 foot easement; thence northerly in a direct line parallel to

the point of termination.

Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the
City does hereby release and abandon whatever interest it has in the easement.
