ORDINANCE NO. —11736
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF INDUSTRIAL DRIVE WHICH IS ADJACENT TO AND IMMEDIATELY WEST
OF THE JEFFERSON CITY FIRE STATION #3 FROM RS-3, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, TO C-0, OFFICE COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE
ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN
COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-3, Single
Family Residential, to C-0, Office Commercial:
Part of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 2,
Township 44, Range 12, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From a point on the southerly line of West Main Street (formerly
Ten Mile Drive), which is 1073 feet (measured along the southerly line
of West Main Street), westerly of the easterly line of said section, and
which said point is also the northwesterly comer of a tract conveyed to
W. W. Mayfield and wife, by deed of record in Book 97, Page 1, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence southerly along the westerly line of
said tract, 246 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Mayfield tract;
thence easterly along the southerly line of said tract, 72 feet 6 inches,
to the westerly line of a tract conveyed to S. A. Moke, by deed of record
in Book 90, Page 522, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence south along
and with the westerly line of the said Moke tract, 324 feet to the point
of beginning for this description;thence continuing south along and with
the westerly line of said Moke tract, 470 feet, more or less, to the
northerly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence N
79* W, along the northerly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad, 248 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of a tract of land
conveyed to William F. McMnney and wife by deed of record in Book
155,Page 441, Cole County Recorder's Office;thence northerly along the
