BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONP >> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: _<.« Section 1. Chapter 35 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby �j'• amended. by amending Section 35-3 (Definitions) by the addition of two new - ++' definitions which shall read as follows: `''" Sec.35-3. Definitions. Practical Difficulties. Not eliminate an adequate supply of light or air to adjacent property, substantially increase congestion in the public street, increase the danger of fire, or endanger the safety of the public; F and 2. Not be unduly injurious to the use and enjoyment of adjacentjfs property nor would it substantially diminish property values in <' u the neighborhood; and 3.
