RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE POLICE PERSONNEL BOARD AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 11442 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
BY AMENDING RULE 17. a
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ;

Section 1. Amend Rule 17 of the Rules and Regulations of the Police Personnel ,
Board to read as follows:
RULE 17. APPLICANT MUST PASS EXAM. EXCEI9TI®lOT

,x In order for an applicant's name to be placed upon an employment or
promotional register, the applicant must pass the examination and
further must meet any minimum skill level established by the Board,
E, except that any former employee who has left the Department in

good standing may, within two years of leaving employment,
request the Board to restore his or her naive to the applicable
eligibility list for a period of one year from the date of such
restoration.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in frill force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
