AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING
A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR STORM WATER DRAINAGE PURPOSES ON
PROPERTY LOCATED IN SCHOTTHILL WOODS SUBDIVISION IN JEFFERSON
CITY, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 336, Page 853, Cole County Recorder " =' t
of Deeds Office, a storm water drainage easement was anted to the City of

Section 1. The Council finds that the following escribed easement is surplus .wR ,

A strip of land 15 feet wide across part of Lot No. 60 of SCHOTTHILL
WOODS SUBDIVISION - SECTION TWO as per plat of record in Plat Book
11, Page 324, Cole County Recorder's Office, in the City of Jefferson, Cole

County, Missouri, the centerline of said 15 foot strip being more particularly
described as follows:

the westerly line of said Lot No. 60, 159.31 feet to the southwesterly corner of
