WHEREAS, while the Aviation Section of the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department is not a party of this Agreement,it will administer federal funds, review and approve documents, etc. The Aviation Section will be hereinafter referred to as MHTD. Although the ,x Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is not a party to this Agreement, FAA design and ' construction criteria and other requirements will be utilized unless specifically approved otherwise 4{' by MHTD.
