AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PROVIDING FOR ..• ;. •,
e THE LEVY OF CITY TAXES AND ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF TAXATION '}
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI FOR THE YEAR 1992.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON�'MISSOURI,

Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed the following rate on all steal.
`. Estate and Personal Property, and other tangible property, within the"limits"offthe s•;ar4a.'.
City of Jefferson, Missouri, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution or the lhws
of the State of Missouri as shown by the assessment book of the City of Jefferson;
Missouri, for the year 1992; '
FIRST: For the purpose of paying all current expenses of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, for the fiscal year,:the sum,of 05 'on the 'one liundred
10 dollar valuation. a '
SECOND: For the purpose of establishing and maintaining a free Public 4;
k..; Parks in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the sum of$.16 on the one hundred
dollar valuation.
'r THIRD: For the purpose of creating and maintaining a Firemmn's
- Retirement System for the Firemen of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the sum
y ,+ of$.08 on the one hundred dollar valuation. b
r Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Finance Director to assure that the
Count Clerk has caused to be extended to the appropriate ppropriate columns, oppisite.,each:'

County of Cole, Missouri, and corrected by the County BoardofftmMaf jbhj the

entered into between the City of Jefferson and the County of Cole.
