Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
A strip of land 10 feet wide across part of Lot 4 of JEFFERSON STREET
COMMERCE PARK in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat of record in
Plat Book 11, Page 490, Cole County Recorder's Office, and across Lots A and

B of JEFFERSON STREET COMMERCE PARK, said Lots A and B being a
Replat of Lot 5 of JEFFERSON STREET COMMERCE PARK in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri,the centerline of said 10 foot strip being more particularly
