ORDINANCE NO. 11784
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,BY AMENDING SECTION 22-
33 OF CHAPTER 22 AS IT PERTAINS TO PARKING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
t Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
r adding a new section D to Section 22-33 of Chapter 22 to read as follows:

D. No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle on or in p.
any front, rear, or side ,yards, or on or in any other privately or publicly
owned property unless such parking spaces, driveways, or areas have
` been permanently established and are used for the parking of motor
vehicles.
Section 2. No parking,shall be permitted on City right-of-way which has not
`;. been surfaced or paved.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
