ORDINANCE NO. 11801
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHITNEY WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Kenneth P. Otke and Bernie G. Otke, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 44 North, 4
Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more 74
particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 1.9; thence N 84' 35' 15" E, along the
Section Line, 374.18 feet to the,easterly line of a tract of land described
in Book 116, Page 25, Cole County Recorder's Office, thence N 250 23'
02"W, along said easterly line, 474.20 feet to the northeast comer of Lot
22 of WHITNEY WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, as per plat
of record in Plat Book 11, Page 573, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence westerly along the northerly boundary of said WHITNEY
WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, the following courses: S 65'
21' 39" W, 751.76 feet; thence N 360 23' 32" W, 44.09 feet; thence S 530
36' 28"W, 200.00 feet; thence N 77' 38'31" W, 91.00 feet; thence leaving
the northerly boundary of said WHITNEY WOODS SUBDIVISION
SECTION TWO, N 360 23' 32" W, 321.58 feet; thence N 530 36' 28" E,
200.00 feet, thence N 36' 23' 32" W, 12.29 feet; thence N 53' 36' 28" E,
568.26 feet; thence N 830 56' 24" E, 83.35 feet; thence N 760 09' 06" E,
264.70 feet to the easterly line of the aforesaid tract in Book 116, Page
25; thence S 25' 23' 02" E, along said easterly line 464.48 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing in all, 11.33 acres.

'y WHEREAS,it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owners of said subdivision,known and referred to as Whitney Woods
Subdivision, Section Four, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
} by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
}, SECTION 1. The plat of Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section Three, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
{,3 shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
` to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
