IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION DATES
MISSOURI, FOR 1993. .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, .i
AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 115 RSMo., Municipal Elections are hereby
established as follows:

Election shall be held Tuesday, February ;
(a) A Primary

(d) The City Prosecutor and Municipal Judge shall be elected from the ity
at large at the General Election on Tuesday,April 6, 1993. One member
of the City Council from each ward shall be elected at the General

Section 2. Declarations of candidacy for party candidates and petitions for the
nomination of independent candidates must be filed with the City Clerk between 8:00
.,' a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 1992 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 1992.

:. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
