RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #98-33
WHEREAS, by Resolution #98-33 the Mayor and Council o£ the Borough o£
Carteret (The "Borough") authorized a Professional Services Agreement with Albert
Beninato o£ Killam Associates to per~orm engineering services as the Borough
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, due to the aggressive number of projects undertaken by the Mayor and
Council the amount of funds needed for said services must be increased;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Resolution #98-33 is increased by $25,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of this action shall be published in The
Home News Tribune on June 19, 1998.
Adopted this 18th day of June, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on June 19, 1998.

As per Resolution Number 98-161.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR ENGiNEERING
AS THE BOROUGH ENGINEER.
NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00.
THE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT ON THE REVERSE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER SHALL BE LIMITED
TO THE VENDOR's NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL ACTS.
- According to the terms set tbrth in RESOLUTION, and Purchase Order 98-1539.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
