ORDINANCE NO. 11843
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF GORDON COMMERCIAL LOT, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.

WHEREAS, 011ie Mae Knipp, owner of the real estate hereinafter described,
having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 9,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
;.t County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of said Section 9; thence N 04° 13' 23" W, 1374.66
feet to the southwest corner of Lot 2 of American Subdivision, Section
One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 543, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N 15° 30' 02" E, along the westerly line of
f. said Lot 2, 179.49 feet; thence N 74° 29' 58" W, 60.00 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence N 88° 36' 84" W,
319.92 feet; thence N 01° 23' 26" E, 235.00 feet; thence S 88° 36' 34"
E, 373.58 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive;
thence southwesterly along the westerly right-of-way line of Wildwood
Drive on a curve to the right, having a radius of 799.39 feet, an arc
distance of 89.08 feet, the chord of said curve being S 12° 18' 30" W,
89.03 feet; thence S 15° 30' 02" W, along the westerly right-of-way
line of Nildwood Drive, 152.17 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 1.88 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed
and accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Gordon
Commercial Lot, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,' Missouri, relating to
plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Gordon Commercial Lot lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and

accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and,effect from and after
the date of its passage and approval.
