AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SMITH PLACE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Marjorie L. Dix, Tom D. Smith, Jeannette A. Smith, Charles Dix `
Smith and Alice L. Smith, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
4 submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
X City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, r'
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the west half of the southwest
quarter of said Section 3; thence N 03° 52' 04" W, along the quarter
quarter section line, 2889.72 feet to a point on the southerly line of an
80 foot wide street right-of-way known as West Truman Boulevard;

having a radius of 914.92 feet, an arc distance of 130.66 feet (the chord
of said curve being S 58° 23' 04" W, 130.55 feet); thence S 5e 17' 36"
W, along said right-of-way line, 415.87 feet to the point of beginning for
this description; thence S 35°42' 24" E, 290.00 feet; thence southerly on
;i a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 .feet, an arc distance of
` 235.62 feet (the chord of said curve being S 09° 17' 36" W, 70.71 feet);
` thence N 35° 42' 24" W, 340.00 feet to a point on the southerly line of
' the aforesaid West Truman Boulevard right-of-way; thence N 5e 17'
36" E, along said right-of-way line, 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.

s WHEREAS,it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Smith Place,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owners of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson,Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have
been complied with.
