PROHIBITED) OF SECTION 19-401 B
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
amending Schedule J (Parking Prohibited) of Section 19-401 by deleting the following:
Merchant Drive - on the north half thereof, extending sixty feet east of Commerce
Drive
Merchant Drive - on the north side thereof, from Metro to Commerce Drive
Section 2. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
amending Schedule J (Parking Prohibited) of Section 19-401 by adding the following:
Merchant Drive - on the north half extending 125 feet east from Commerce Drive
r Merchant Drive - on the north half extending from a point 245 feet east of
commerce Drive to Metro Drive
Merchant Drive - on the south side for a distance of 300 feet east of the east curb
t of Commerce Drive.
=_ Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
