APPROVING CONTRACT FOR WEED CONTROL MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret requires lawn maintenance services of various
kinds within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has solicited and received quotes for said services
with regard to weed control; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has recommended the a of a contact nvide
said services with regard to the same. Acct. # ( - () I - 2 t$ - 6
NOW, TBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the 2021 Weed Control Maintenance Contract with RZ
Tech Pest Control of Basking Ridge, N7 is hereby approved for
an amount not to exceed $13,200.00.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract for the lowest quote received for Weed
Control Maintenance as identified above in accordance with all
respects to the request for quotes on the same, and the approval
of the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 21" day of January, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 22, 2021.
